Customer onboarding flow refresh

Reworked the first-session experience to reduce confusion and increase activation.

This project focused on first-time user moments where confidence was low.

What changed

  • Simplified the decision tree in onboarding
  • Added progressive disclosure for advanced options
  • Introduced task checkpoints with clear progress feedback

Outcome

The onboarding path became easier to complete and support tickets dropped during setup.
